Everything you need to know about working with Visualnest Agency — transparent, fair, and built for long-term partnerships.

General Policies
Core rules that apply to all services

Project Initiation

All projects begin only after a ₹100 security deposit is paid. This amount is deducted from the final invoice.

Revisions Policy

All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of first concept delivery. Requests beyond the plan limit are billed at ₹100 per revision.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Visualnest Agency are strictly non-refundable once a project has been initiated.

Inactivity & Cancellation

Projects will be cancelled if there is no client response for more than 5 consecutive days. Restarted projects reset the entire payment cycle.

Intellectual Property

All creative rights transfer to the client fully only upon receipt of complete final payment. No partial transfer is made before settlement.

Communication

All project communication is conducted via email or WhatsApp. Verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

The standard payment structure below applies to most design services (Logo, Branding, Packaging, Printable, etc.). Services like Ads Management, Social Media Management, and AI Ads have service-specific upfront payment terms — refer to each section below.

Security Deposit — ₹100
Paid before any work begins. Deducted from your final invoice. Confirms project intent.

After Concept Delivery — 70% of remaining balance
Paid once initial concepts are shared. Confirms direction and enables revision rounds to begin.

Before Final Delivery — Remaining 30%
Final balance settled in full before source files, print-ready files, or final assets are released.
  • All payments are non-refundable once a project is initiated.
  • Additional concept beyond plan limit is billed at ₹500 per concept.
  • Additional revision beyond plan limit is billed at ₹100 per revision.
  • Cancelled and restarted projects restart the full payment cycle. Prior payments are not credited.
  • Projects with no client communication for 5+ consecutive days will be cancelled entirely.

Applies to Starter, Standard, and Full Brand identity packages.

  • Revisions are valid for 7 days from the first concept delivery date.
  • Additional revision: ₹100 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • Additional concept: ₹500 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 security deposit is required to initiate the project; it is deducted from the final payment.
  • After concept delivery, 70% of the remaining payment must be made to proceed.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared before final files are released.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 5 consecutive days, the project will be cancelled entirely.
  • Restarting a cancelled project initiates a fresh payment cycle; previous payments are not credited.
  • Stationery items include: business card, letterhead, envelope, compliment slip, and sticker.
  • The free brand refresh (Full Brand plan) is a minor visual update — not a full redesign. Valid for 6 months from final delivery.

These terms cover all packaging design services — Label, Pouch, and Box Design across all plan tiers.

  • Additional revision: ₹100 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • Additional concept: ₹500 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 security deposit is required to initiate the project; it is deducted from the final payment.
  • After concept delivery, 70% of the remaining payment must be made to proceed.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared before final files are released.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 5 consecutive days, the project will be cancelled entirely.
  • Restarting a cancelled project initiates a fresh payment cycle; previous payments are not credited.
  • If a custom packaging shape is required, the client must provide the dieline or structural template.
  • Physical printing is not included in any packaging plan. Print-vendor referrals are available on request.
  • All legal copy required on packaging (ingredients, regulatory text, barcodes, etc.) must be provided by the client.

Applies to Single Item, Combo Pack, and Full Set plans for all print collateral.

  • Additional revision: ₹100 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • Additional concept: ₹500 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 security deposit is required to initiate the project; it is deducted from the final payment.
  • After concept delivery, 70% of the remaining payment must be made to proceed.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared before final files are released.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 5 consecutive days, the project will be cancelled entirely.
  • Restarting a cancelled project initiates a fresh payment cycle; previous payments are not credited.
  • Physical printing is not included. Files are delivered print-ready (PDF/PNG) with correct bleed and trim marks.
  • All textual content required for the design must be provided by the client prior to starting the project.

Applies to Social Media Posts, Carousel, and Static Ad Creative orders.

  • Revisions are valid for 7 days from the first concept delivery date.
  • Additional revision: ₹100 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 security deposit is required to initiate the project; it is deducted from the final payment.
  • After concept delivery, 70% of the remaining payment must be made to proceed.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared before final files are released.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 5 consecutive days, the project will be cancelled entirely.
  • Restarting a cancelled project initiates a fresh payment cycle; previous payments are not credited.
  • A minimum commitment of 3 creatives is required per order.
  • All copy, information, and brand assets must be provided by the client before work begins.
  • Urgent single creative outside a retainer: ₹499 per post.

Applies to Basic, Standard, and A+ Content listing design plans.

  • Revisions are valid for 7 days from the first concept delivery date.
  • Additional revision: ₹100 per concept beyond plan limit.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 security deposit is required to initiate the project; it is deducted from the final payment.
  • After concept delivery, 70% of the remaining payment must be made to proceed.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared before final files are released.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 5 consecutive days, the project will be cancelled entirely.
  • Restarting a cancelled project initiates a fresh payment cycle; previous payments are not credited.
  • Product images and photography must be supplied by the client. Raw photography is not provided under this service.
  • AI product photoshoot add-on is available — confirm before starting the project.
  • Minor design updates due to platform policy changes within 7 days of delivery are free, provided the applicable policy change is specified.
100% upfront payment is required before any campaign work begins. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta — it is not included in the management fee.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • 100% of management fees must be paid upfront before the project starts.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 5 consecutive days during the engagement, the project will be cancelled.
  • Client must provide access to their Meta Business Manager and ad account prior to campaign setup.
  • Client must share existing audience data, customer details, and any prior campaign feedback.
  • Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta and is not part of the management fee.
  • Minimum engagement period: 3 months. A 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.
  • Creative design is included in the plan. Photography or video content is the client's responsibility unless the AI Ads add-on is included.

  • Minimum engagement period: 3 months. A 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.
100% upfront payment required. No work begins until full payment is confirmed. Inactivity limit is reduced to 2 days for this service.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • 100% of the total must be paid upfront before work begins.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 2 consecutive days, the project will be cancelled entirely.
  • Client must tag and mention @visualnestagency on every post that uses delivered creatives.
  • Client must provide product images suitable for AI compositing (plain/white background preferred).
  • AI creatives are tool-assisted; all final outputs are reviewed and refined by our design team.
  • Urgent single AI ad beyond plan: ₹550 per ad.
  • Visualnest Agency is not responsible for any adverse platform actions taken in relation to AI-generated content.
100% upfront payment required for all content plans before the month's work begins.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • 100% payment must be made upfront before work begins.
  • If there is no response from the client for more than 5 consecutive days, the project will be cancelled.
  • All content is written in English by default. Hindi copywriting is available at an additional ₹999 per month.
  • Blog articles are delivered as drafts in Google Doc or Notion. The client is solely responsible for final publishing.
  • Minimum engagement period: 3 months. A 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.
100% upfront payment required. Results are delivered within 24–72 hours from the time assets are received.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • 100% payment must be made upfront before work begins.
  • Client must provide clear product photos on a white or neutral background (minimum 800×800 px resolution).
  • AI compositing quality is directly dependent on the quality of source images provided.
  • Commercial usage rights are fully transferred to the client upon receipt of final payment.
  • All images are tool-assisted; final outputs are reviewed and refined by our design team before delivery.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before final high-resolution images are released.
  • Products must be physically delivered to the specified address in the required quantity before the scheduled shoot date.
  • In certain cases, our team may retain sent products (this will be agreed upon explicitly during project discussion).
  • Standard studio props and backgrounds are included. Premium or custom props must be arranged and paid for separately by the client.
  • Shoot rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
