Timelines vary based on project scope. A logo design typically takes 5–7 business days, a full brand identity package takes 2–3 weeks, and a packaging design project can range from 1–2 weeks. We share a detailed project timeline at the start of every engagement.

Most packages include 3-5 structured revision rounds. This ensures the design stays aligned with your brief while leaving room for meaningful feedback at each stage. Premium plaans feature unlimited revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be accommodated at a nominal charge.

Absolutely. While we're based in Siliguri, North Bengal, we work remotely with clients across India. Our entire workflow — from briefing and feedback to final file delivery — is managed digitally. Distance is never a barrier.

We deliver all final assets in production-ready formats: AI/CDR, EPS, SVG (vector), and PNG/JPG (raster) at high resolution. For web projects, we provide HTML/CSS exports where applicable. You'll always get both print-ready and screen-optimised versions.

To kick off a project, it helps to share your brand name, industry, target audience, a brief description of what you do, any visual references or mood boards you like, and your preferred colour or style direction. Our team will guide you through the rest with a structured creative brief.

We work on a 70% on concept approval, 30% on delivery model. To start a project, client will have to pay Rs.100 ass security depossit. This applies to most project types. For ongoing retainers or monthly packages (such as social media management), billing is done at the start of each cycle. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and all major payment modes.

Yes. Once the final payment is cleared, full ownership of the approved design files transfers to you. You're free to use them commercially across all platforms without any ongoing licensing fees or restrictions.
